Yoga is an excellent complement to riding. What activities do you do to keep yourself healthy, or perhaps to heal from riding?
I will be adding future posts dedicated to breath practices and asanas designed to enhance a rider's seat, mobility in the saddle, and ability to recover from riding related injuries.
